Where the Passion Begins
With over 10 years of experience in brand marketing, fashion and entertainment, LaCrown rises to any challenge. She is multitalented and hardworking with a positive attitude. Her humble beginnings as a promotional model molded her to have a 360 understanding of what it takes to fully market a brand and to help it expand. Learning daily, LaCrown practices these learnings and adapts to every situation. She believes in team work and is not afraid to get her hands dirty.
With a background in social psychology and digital media, Nadia brings a multi-industry perspective into developing marketing strategies and design solutions. As the agency’s lead designer, Nadia develops 360 branding strategies in order to creatively translate client needs into effective POS, graphic, and textual designs for communication across all channels. On the marketing side, Nadia manages the creation of content for digital marketing, and the execution of experiential events for Recit Group clients. A collaborator at heart, she is known for her adaptability, going above-and-beyond, and as an energizing force to work with.
CEO & Founder
A hybrid creative and strategic thinker, Lindsay brings to the table over 12 years of global industry experience. Her experience includes leading powerhouse brands such as Stoli and Campari in both upper level marketing and sales roles on a global level. To note, she was a driving force in the rebranding in the US market of Aperol, launching the Aperol Spritz into the iconic cocktail it is today. Lindsay founded Recit Group to give voice to emerging brands, while keeping creativity the core of all brand initiatives. With her extensive connections in entertainment, Lindsay has been personally tapped by many big named celebrities to conceptualize, source, and bring to market their conceived brands. Her passion projects include music and film production, and most recently she executive produced the indie film ‘Don’t Look,’ which was acquired by Amazon in 2019. An avid traveler who has set out to conquer the Seven Wonders (only two more to go), Lindsay currently calls Brooklyn home when she is not out chasing the sun.

Known for her creative energy & team-player mentality, Kara is a strategic thinker who has managed multi-market based field and ambassador programs. Her insight from years of Industry experience, has led Kara to be the driving force in developing and executing Recit Groups exemplary Sales & Marketing programs. As a manager, Kara has proven to deliver KPI driven results, with an "outside of the box" edge. Kara currently resides in Upstate NY, with her celebrity dogs, Ravioli & Loafy.
